This is a series about cycling the Baja Divide route in November, 2017. In this episode, I set out on my own to tackle the longest section of the route without services. I leave Cataviña at 6am, ride up and down for 65 miles, and by evening, I’m camping on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It was without a doubt, the best camp spot I’ve ever had. I cried.
